It was really fairly clean and charming hotel, can't recommend highly enough. Really enjoyed every detail about our wonderful 2 nights stay here. The staff were amicable and kind, provided excellent services. The breakfast was delicious and sensational with a wide array of food.

Lovely and wonderful location for visiting Shanklin, it's just off Shanklin, rhe beach, and gardens and trees. Besides, the hotel is located 1 km away from a miniature golf course.
The bathrooms are poor.

We had a relaxing 3-star experience here. Everyone from the staff was amiable and kind. The location was brilliant and incredible, down to the beach! Besides, it was close to the garden at night, a cliff top, and the festival.

Everything was excellent, we had no problems with staff and location, deluxe hotel. We stayed in a deluxe queen room with a heating system, a radio and a hairdryer. The owner upon arrival was hospitable. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
